This adventure combines the Dragon's Teeth hike with the Aberdares camping weekend into one premium 3-day, 2-night expedition. Abel Safaris coordinates the group flow while each traveler covers their own costs unless a shared plan is agreed before departure.
Leave Nairobi early, hike through alpine moorlands, giant lobelias, dramatic rock formations, and panoramic Aberdare views before camping.
Visit Karuru Falls, Gura Falls, Chania Falls, bamboo forest, wildlife areas, and photography stops before a second camping night.
Wake slowly, take breakfast, pack camp, enjoy an optional short nature walk, stop at Nyahururu for lunch, and return to Nairobi.

Arrive at the trailhead.
Begin the hike to Dragon's Teeth through alpine moorlands, giant lobelias, stunning rock formations, panoramic views, and plenty of photo and video opportunities.
Lunch at the summit or viewpoint.
Begin descent.
Drive to the campsite.
Set up camp, campfire, BBQ dinner, and stargazing.
Wake up to the sounds of the forest and prepare for a full Aberdares exploration day.
Karuru Falls, Gura Falls, Chania Falls, bamboo forest, wildlife viewing areas, and scenic photography stops.
Possible sightings include elephants, buffalo, giant forest hogs, bushbucks, hyenas, colobus monkeys, warthogs, and if lucky, lion or leopard.

Wake up slowly, take tea or coffee, have breakfast, and pack camp.
